Originating from India and Southeast Asia, it is made from young mangoes that are peeled, dried, and ground. Mango trees can grow up to 40 meters and produce fruit for over 300 years. The Amchoor cocktail enhances these flavors, with a glass resembling a mango and a frozen seed as an ice cube.
